Personal Use Only Terms:

Items marked for Personal Use Only are for your use only…you may use them to make your own personal layouts (not layouts for others), tags, make tags for others, make ‘adoptable tags’, stationery for email and on personal web design projects (your own site only).

Personal Use/Scrap4Hire/Scrap4Other Terms:

Anything made using these items MUST be offered in flattened format, png is ok as long as it is items that are merged together…for example a completed layout (NOT a quickpage), web page header graphic, sidebar header graphic etc, if you wish to make a quickpage and offer it, please contact me first for permission, which I will give or deny on a case-to-case basis.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY YOU OFFER MY PAPERS OR ELEMENTS FOR RESALE OR AS FREEBIES IN KITS OR COLLECTIONS, EITHER AS-IS OR ALTERED/COLORISED, OR CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN CREATION.

You CAN use my papers/elements for web design, card design, stationary, tags and professional/commercial use (NOT designer use) as long as the above condition of items being flattened is adhered to. For web design projects please include in the footer credits and a link in the following format:

Graphics by LissaE Designz – [Kit Name] …with a link back to my my blog (http://www.lissaedesignz.com)

**I do not require credit on layouts etc when posting to galleries

Designer Resources:
* Overlays, PSP Scripts, PS Styles can be used to make papers, elements etc in your own kits for resale or for freebie giveaways, no credit required.
* You may NOT use my designer resources to create other designer resources or cu tools, these products are created to aid you in the creation of your own designs only.

General Terms consistent to ALL of my designz:
* You may NOT claim them as your own design.
* You may NOT alter my designz in any way and call them your own.
* You May NOT offer my designz for download on any webpage or send them through any list such as a news group, yahoo group, ftp site or include them in any kind of graphics collection.
* You May NOT make my designz into tubes or brushes to redistribute in any form.
* You may NOT make alterisations, such as colorising, to individual elements of my kits and add them to your own collection for redistribution or resale OR include the items as-is in any collection for resale or redistribution.
* Do NOT reupload my kits to any filesharing service like 4shared, sendspace, rapidshare and the like, do not redistribute through Yahoo Groups, Google Groups, forum boards, please link back directly to my blog or store where appropriate instead.

Blog Layouts Terms Of Use
You MAY use this layout on monetized/commercial blogs as long as it is your own personal blog.
You MAY NOT share this layout with anyone else, upload it to any file sharing service or web space with the purpose of sharing.
You MAY NOT use this layout when contracted to create a layout for another’s blog….basically you can use it on only your own personal blog, monetized or not and please don’t share lol

Template Layouts
You MAY use these templates to create quickpages you offer for sale or for free
